Thank you for entrusting Daisy Tree with your purchase. We are a small family firm with integrity at its very heart. We like to offer what we call the "Daisy Tree Difference" and love to go the extra mile for our customers. Orders
You can place an order for products from Daisy Tree Baby Boutique by completing details using our secure Paypal shopping cart. You do not need a Paypal account, nor do you need to set one up as we also accept credit and debit cards. All prices are in £UK pounds sterling, and include V.A.T where applicable providing the delivery location is within the UK. We do not currently post outside of the UK.
Acceptance of Order
We accept payment via credit or debit card or Paypal and Gift Vouchers can also be used using the code on the Gift Voucher itself onto the checkout page. In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is now not available we will contact you within the same working day via email to let you know. If you place an order on a Sunday we will contact you the next working day. You will then have the option to choose something else or have your payment returned. It happens occasionally. We are a small family run firm and mistakes can sometimes happen and whilst we wish they didn't, I'd be telling porkies if I told you that we were perfect 100% of the time.
Delivery
We use the good old Royal Mail for our orders. Larger items will be delivered via Parcelforce or DPD. We only deliver to UK addresses, orders outside UK are not currently accepted. We will ensure that your order is sent out in a timely fashion. If there is any delay you will receive an email regarding your order at which point you will have the option to withdraw.
Secure Payment
Our website is hosted on a secure server and we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your information is kept secure. We do not share your information with any third party. All payments are processed using anti-fraud software through a safe gateway. The only details we keep are the details you give us at registration.
Right to Withdraw
If you are not entirely delighted with your goods once they arrive please let us know. We are a firm with integrity at its very heart Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within 30 days. You may return the products to us at your own expense. If the product is faulty we will return your postage costs to you too once we receive the products back. Goods may also be returned to our store. Warranties
The products which are sold via this website have been manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the UK. All of our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty (and each manufacturer offers a different length of warranty) for defects in manufacturing and or materials. Please enquire at the time of purchase. We will collect your faulty products, and arrange repair if you are not able to return to store. We will advise you of times. If we are unable to repair, a replacement will be offered. If we are unable to replace, we will refund your money, provided the instructions of governing the use of the products have been followed and there has been no misuse. Any items being returned for a refund must be returned complete, including all accessories. If accidental damage occurs or the guarantee has expired, a repair may be possible at a charge.
